Program Overview

Tailored to individual needs, preferences, and aspirations, Inspiring Dynamics for Change offers a 1:1 or 1:2 support ratio, with the ultimate goal of progressing to a 1:3 ratio and, if desired, supported employment. The focus is on community integration, social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.

Key Services

Tailored community outings and activities, social skills training, emotional regulation and coping skills, and life skills training (such as time management, budgeting, and resume writing)

Community Integration

Teaching individuals to navigate daily community settings independently and confidently empowers them to build positive relationships through improved communication and social interactions. Furthermore, we foster safety, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in real- world situations.
